Unwrap a golden ticket for Rugby performance

Rugby Editorial 8th Jul, 2015 Updated: 27th Oct, 2016   0

GOLDEN tickets are available to a stage school’s performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on Saturday (July 11).

Students from Stagecoach Theatre Arts Rugby will perform their rendition of Roald Dahl’s timeless story at Lawrence Sheriff School.

Principal of Stagecoach Rugby, David Milnes, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for our students, especially the Early Stages children, many of whom have not performed in front of such a large audience before.

“We’re incredibly proud of all the work that our students have put into rehearsing for this show. I’m sure it will be a huge success.”

From Monday July 27 to Friday July 31, the stage school will also host summer workshops for children aged 4-18, working towards producing a version of Bugsy Malone.
