A JAIL sentence has been handed to a Rugby man for ‘using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence’.
Stuart Robert Cunningham, 31, of Montgomery Road, was sentenced to six months in prison at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on Monday July 11.
He was also found guilty of driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
All the offences occurred on May 17 in Rugby.
Cunningham was ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £620 costs.
Police thanked everyone who shared their appeal to find Cunningham, who was arrested in Bedford on June 6 following a police appeal.
