DRIVING and drug offences are the charges facing two Rugby men after police executed a warrant at a house in Pennington Mews on Thursday (April 22).
Damion Edward Rea, 22, of Pennington Mews, was charged with four driving offences: driving without insurance, driving without due care and attention, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and failing to stop when directed by a PC.
All of these offences relate to an incident on Marlborough Road, Rugby, on April 19.
Rea has been bailed to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on May 25.
Joseph Shallcross, 20, of Pennington Mews, was charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (crack cocaine). He appeared in court on Friday (April 22) and was remanded in custody to appear again at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on May 13.
