A RUGBY man has been charged with producing cannabis.
Sean Michael Heaton, 37, of Montague Road, was arrested after a warrant was executed in St George’s Avenue on May 4.
He has been charged with abstracting or using electricity without authority, producing a class B drug (cannabis resin) and possessing a class C drug with intent to supply.
Heaton has been bailed to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on August 10.
