MAGISTRATES will try a Rugby man for possession of heroin with intent to supply after he was charged on Monday (August 8).
Shaun Patrick Hargie, 40, of Alfred Green Close, was charged following a warrant which was executed in Ashwood Court, Rounds Gardens in April.
He has been bailed to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on 7 September 2016.
