TORNADO-like funnel clouds were seen forming over Rugby during an electric storm this afternoon.
Graham Bradshaw took these photos as thunder and lightening and heavy rain swept across the borough.
Fortunately there was no repeat of the tornado which actually touched down and ripped through the town in April 2012.
Then homes were damaged, with tiles ripped off roofs and garden fences blown down, tree uprooted trees, and telephone lines topple. Miraculously no one was injured.
