Police seek second man in connection with Rugby changing room theft

WALLETS, mobile phones and a wedding ring were stolen from changing rooms at St Andrews Rugby Club sometime between 7pm and 9pm on Thursday September 22.

The wallets contained cash and bank cards – which are understood to have been used for fraudulent transactions in the area.

Another victim is keen to recover his wedding ring as it has understandable sentimental value.

Police thanked members of the public who responded to the release of a CCTV image two weeks ago – and have now released new images of a different man they believe could help with the investigation.

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
