A FITNESS fanatic will be going head to head with contestants on a new ITV game show.

Brian Peters from Hillmorton, beat thousands of applicants to appear on ‘Big Heads’, hosted by Jason Manford, and featuring Chris Akabusi and Jenny Powell.

The 45 year-old dad-of-three will don his celebrity head in the form of Albert Einstein, to compete against others – including Donald Trump and Mo Farah – in a series of fitness challenges for cash prizes and a sports car.

Brian, a marathon enthusiast and runner said: “It may look comical on screen but it was unbelievably physically demanding due to the big costume, heavy head and huge physically challenging games but I loved every minute of it!”

“My main passion is running and fitness. I have completed two Ultra Marathons of 40 miles and 32 miles, plus lots of regular marathons. I also run Rugby parkrun every weekend when I can, and the three mile trip to and from work each day.”

The programme can bee seen on ITV1 on Sunday April 23 at 7pm.
