Britain's Got Talent star to top bill at Clifton Village Fete

A BRITAIN’S Got Talent semi-finalist and a Rugby’s Got Talent winner will top the bill at this year’s Clifton Village Fete.

John the Juggler from the ITV show will hold a juggling workshop at the event, which takes place at the village’s South Road playing fields on Saturday (September 15) from 12-5pm.

Singer Kieran Taylour, who won the local talent contest in July, will perform live – topping a bill of local musicians.

A Family Fun Dog Show is open to dogs of all ages and abilities, with categories including ‘waggiest tail’ and ‘goldenest oldie’.

Over 40 stalls will offering a range of items to buy or win, while a barbecue, a bar and a tea and cake tent will provide refreshments.

Mayor Tom Mahoney will officially open the event, and will present prizes to the winners of the Craft and Produce Show and to the children who have created Keep Clifton Clean anti-litter posters at 1pm.

All profits from the event will be donated to the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.
