A TEENAGER was stabbed in broad daylight near the town centre yesterday afternoon (Tuesday September 18).
Police received a report of a man with a suspected stab wound to his leg in Warwick Street just after 5.45pm.
A 19-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment, and has since been discharged.
The assailants are described as two black men wearing dark clothing with their hoods up, and a white man who was taller and had tattoos.
DS Stephen Flavell from Rugby Police Station said: “An investigation is ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who may have any information to please make contact.”
