LUTTERWORTH and District Round Table treated over 100 elderly locals to an evening of fish, chips and bingo.
The annual event saw members of the Round Table collect residents nominated by Age Concern and host them for a pre-Christmas evening out.
The evening was funded using the proceeds from the Lutterworth Dog Fest, which is held in August each year, along with contributions from local companies.
Mince pies, soft drinks, prosecco and bingo were donated by Morrisons, Britvic, Waitrose and The Chequers Inn, Swinford.
Alison of Age Concern said: “Thank you to all Round Table members for giving up their time to treat some of our members to a fantastic evening, and an event for them to look forward to in the run up to Christmas.”
