A TEX-Mex party and a country music hoedown will provide the entertainment at this year’s Crick Boat Show.

Featuring 80s pop star Paul Young on vocals and guitar, Los Pacaminos will headline the Saturday night of the show on May 25.

The band plays Tex Mex border hits from the likes of The Texas Tornadoes, Ry Cooder, Los Lobos and Roy Orbison.

On Sunday May 26, Dolly Parton tribute act Dolly and The Moonshine Runners will bring the show to a close with songs such as Dumb Blonde, Jolene, Islands in the Stream and 9 to 5.

The 2019 Crick Boat Show is expected to attract over 26,000 visitors, and will feature around 300 exhibitors, dozens of boats, free boat trips, 13 other live music acts, children’s activities, a real ale marquee, and food and drink stalls.

It takes place at Crick Marina on May 25-27, with an extra trade and preview day to be held on Friday May 24.
