THE ANNUAL Rugby Rugby Interfaith Forum Peace Walk takes place in the town centre tomorrow (Sunday September 15).
Mayor Bill Lewis will join members of the public for a walk around several of the faith groups in Rugby, including the Christian church of St Andrew’s in Church Street, the Hindu Temple Shree Kalyan Mandal in Kimberley Road, and the Sikh Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Craven Road.
The theme of the Peace Walk this year is Faith in Action – specifically social and environmental action undertaken by local faith groups.
The walk begins at the Millennium tree next to Rugby Library, Art Gallery and Museum at 2pm.
