A MAN has been charged with murder after a child died in a house fire.
Aaron Medcraft was arrested shortly after the fire in Wentworth Road, Rugby on November 15 2018.
Three children and a woman were injured in the fire. One of the children, a five-year-old boy, died from his injuries in March 2019.
The 23-year-old, formerly of Matlock Close, Rugby will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on August 26 charged with one count of murder, three counts of attempted murder, and one count arson with intent to endanger life.
