A RUGBY man has been arrested following a report he spat at and exposed himself to a woman and two men.
The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of assault and indecent exposure following an altercation at a takeaway in Church Street in the early hours of Saturday morning (April 30).
The man has been released under investigation while enquires continue.
