A MAN from Long Lawford has been charged after officers from Warwickshire Police Proactive CID seized a stun gun, knuckle duster, cocaine, cannabis and cash.
Craig Hughes, 20, of Redhill Road was detained by officers on the afternoon of Wednesday June 15.
The officers were carrying out enquiries into violent disorder in Bilton Road in Rugby earlier that day when they searched Hughes’ house and seized the items.
Hughes was later charged with possession of an electrical incapacitation device, possession of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis, possession of an offensive weapon and concealing criminal property.
He appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on Friday (June 17) where he was remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on July 15.
