BIKERS and enthusiasts are getting revved up for one of Rugby’s biggest annual events.

Motorbikes will roar into the town centre to kickstart the Rugby Bikefest on Sunday May 19.

Organised by Rugby First in collaboration with local motorcycling groups, the free family event will include a ‘ride-in,’ bike displays, stalls, live music, children’s activities, a funfair, and a selection of street food.

Rugby First Business Director Linda Lowne said: “Rugby Bikefest is one of the most popular events in the town centre calendar.

“Drawing thousands of visitors from near and far, it generates a vibrant atmosphere in the town centre, and provides a significant boost to local businesses.

“If you are interested in having a stall or advertising or sponsorship opportunities, please get in touch.

“A heartfelt thank you to the local biking groups whose support, passion, and enthusiasm make this event the success it is.”

Bikers are invited to take part in the ride-in which opens the event. Visit www.rugbyfirst.org for more information.
