RUGBY Town will start the season with a home game against newly-promoted Darlaston Town after the Northern Premier League released the fixtures for the 2024/25 season.
Valley host Darlaston at Butlin Road on Saturday, August 10 before travelling to Corby Town in their first away game of the campaign on Wednesday, August 14.
The club have not lost on the opening day of the season since Carl Adams returned to the club in 2018 (won four, drawn two).
Rugby close out a busy first month of the season with games against Shepshed Dynamo (August 20), Sutton Coldfield Town (August 24), Racing Club Warwick (August 26) and Anstey Nomads (August 31).
The game against Warwick comes on Bank Holiday Monday with the return fixture set for New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1).
Valley travel to Darlaston (Saturday, December 21) in their last game before Christmas and then entertain Bedworth United on Boxing Day (Thursday, December 26).
After their trip to Warwick on New Year’s Day, Rugby host Corby in their first home game of 2025 (Saturday, January 4).
Valley travel to Bedworth on Easter Monday (Monday, April 21) before finishing the season with a home match against Sutton Coldfield on Saturday, April 26.
