AGE UK Coventry and Warwickshire is encouraging residents to consider leaving a gift in their will to support older people across the region.

The initiative funds vital services such as information and advice, and befriending and counselling, that help residents thrive as they age.

Scott Collins, marketing officer at Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire, said: “We know that writing a will can feel daunting, but leaving a legacy ensures our services can continue making a real difference – right here in our local community.

“Every legacy gift, no matter the size, stays right here in Coventry and Warwickshire.”

The charity is also reminding the public about Free Wills Month in October, when eligible individuals can have a simple will written or updated for free through participating solicitors.
