Day 3 - Could you rehome one of our 12 Dogs of Christmas?

Rugby Editorial 14th Dec, 2017   0

Every day until Christmas Eve the Observer will feature one of the ’12 Dogs of Christmas’.

All of the pups are currently waiting for their forever home at the Dogs Trust in Kenilworth, and have been there for a long time or are struggling in kennels.

Butch is a one-year-old Crossbreed who loves toys and food so training him is a real joy. He is looking for new owners who can take time getting to know him and help him to gain their trust. He needs an adult-only home with no other pets.

The Dogs Trust branch in Kenilworth will care for some 100 dogs over the festive period.

Rehoming centre manager Emma Healey said: “Our 12 dogs of Christmas each would make a wonderful addition to a new home and we are appealing for anyone who would like to rehome one of these deserving dogs to please get in touch.

“We continue to see many unwanted and abandoned dogs coming through our doors over the Christmas period, simply because people haven’t taken into consideration the lifelong commitment of dog ownership.”

Visit the centre in Honiley, call 01926 484 398 or visit www.dogstrust.org.uk to find out more.
