A FOLK trio led by a member of Fairport Convention will perform in Rugby next week.
Fiddle player Ric Sanders will bring The Ric Sanders Trio to the Wurzel Bush Folk Club on Tuesday April 2.
The trio comprises Ric on the fiddle, Vo Fletcher on guitar and Michael Gregory on drums and percussion.
Support comes from club residents Crybb Folk, Eddie Player and Craig Sunderland, and the event will be hosted by folk comedian-ventriloquist Dave Sampson and Grisweld the Super Dog.
It takes place at Rugby West Indian Club in Railway Terrace. Doors open at 7pm for an 8pm start. Audience members are asked to donate a minimum of £5.
