In-demand Arctic Monkeys tribute band heading to Rugby stage

Rugby Editorial 18th Jan, 2018   0

THE ANTARCTIC Monkeys play Lawrence Sheriff School on Saturday February 3.

The Arctic Monkeys tribute band will be supported by Rugby’s own Stupid Boots.

Antarctic Monkeys have had a busy 12 months, packing out their O2 venue tour and being one of the most sought-after bands at the many tribute festivals across Europe.

Stupid Boots also had a busy 2017 supporting the likes of Sham 69, and being runners up in The Pogues’ Shot at Discovery new band competition at the O2 Islington. They are currently recording new music for release in the spring.

The gig, which is for over 16s only, takes place in the school’s main hall. Visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/enterlude for tickets priced £12.50. Doors open at 7.30pm.
