CHILDREN in Rugby enjoyed a trip around the world – in the form of arts and crafts.
Creative workshops held at the Elliot’s Field retail park gave children the chance to learn the Spanish Flamenco dance, construct the Eiffel Tower out of straws, and make their own version of the Australian didgeridoo.
When activity organiser Ryan Greenwood spotted fundraisers from Myton Hospice at the shopping park, he decided to see if they had any use for leftover materials.
Paper, card, straws, glue and glitter have now been donated to art therapists at the Rugby Myton Day Hospice.
