A SPRING event planned for this weekend has been cancelled.
The annual Daffodil Sunday in the grounds of Newnham Paddox country house near Monks Kirby was scheduled to take place on April 8.
But it was called off yesterday (Wednesday April 4) because of the waterlogged state of the ground following heavy rain.
