A DEDICATED staff member at a Rugby care home has received a prestigious 20 Year Service Award.
Anneke Alston, a Head of Unit at Overslade House, was given the accolade in celebration of her two decades working for Barchester Healthcare.
Anneke started at Overslade House in 2004 when she qualified as an NVQ assessor.
She said: “I love working with people and helping them. I like the atmosphere at Overslade House, it is such a happy place to work as we all work as a team and this reflects on our residents.
“I appreciate the fact that the company supports its staff to deliver a high standard of care.”
Overslade House General Manager Violeta Baesu said Anneke had demonstrated her dedication and loyalty to this home and its residents year after year.
She added: “I speak for all of us here at Overslade House when I say that I’m looking forward to many more years of working with Anneke.”
