A DRIVER who was watching a movie behind the wheel was arrested for drug offences after he was stopped by police.
His van was stopped on the Parade in Leamington after officers spotted a device fixed to the dashboard playing a film.
When speaking to the driver, officers noticed a knuckle duster in the door pocket.
He was arrested for being in possession of an offensive weapon. And, after a further search of the van and his person, officers also recovered class A and B drugs.
The driver was further arrested for possession of controlled drugs, and again for failing a roadside drug test.
The van was seized and the driver remains in custody.
