AN EASTER egg hunt is being laid on at Rugby’s new neighbourhood.
The community is being challenged to find seven special eggs hidden around Houlton on Monday (April 22).
The hunt will lead families through the estate’s adventure play park, ecology areas, primary school, The Barn, community centre, and show homes.
Every child who finds all the eggs and returns their completed trail cards to The Barn will be rewarded with a chocolate treat.
There will also be crafts and activities for children, including egg decorating and colouring-in.
Johanne Thomas of Houlton’s master developers Urban&Civic said: “Last Easter’s inaugural event proved to be a great success with over 120 families taking part on the day, and we hope that this year will be even more popular.
“Events like this provide the perfect opportunity for families and friends to come together.”
