A HOME care company in Rugby is seeing stars after its employees gave it the thumbs-up.
Home Instead Rugby has been declared a ‘Five Star’ employer after staff took part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz.
The home care company received a score of 97 out of 100 after employees commended it for its training opportunities and supportive leadership.
All of its care professionals said they were proud to work for the company, and said their job gave them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
Business owner Sarah Slater said: “This is a wonderful boost at a time when the caring professions are under such strain. To know that all our efforts to support our staff are really appreciated will encourage us to strive even harder in the future.
“We want them all to feel motivated and able to progress in their roles, and it’s great to know that we seem to be succeeding in these aims.”
Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz, added: “We created the programme to recognise the best workplace cultures where employees are proud to work, feel motivated, and are compelled to stay for the foreseeable future.
“By receiving the award, it demonstrates Home Instead’s commitment to improving the working lives of their people and enabling them to thrive.”
