Man and teenage boy charged in connection with Cawston burglary

A TEENAGE boy and a man have been charged with burglary after a house in Cawston was targeted.

Ayden Cooper, 21, of Lakes Road in Birmingham was arrested in Erdington following a police pursuit. He was charged with burglary and dangerous driving.

A 16-year-old boy from Birmingham who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with burglary, possession of cannabis and receiving stolen goods.

The victim reported offenders had forced entry to his property, stolen car keys and taken the car from his drive in the early hours of Monday morning (November 29).




Both defendants were due to appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday November 30).
