Rugby Editorial 18th Feb, 2024   0

SMALL and medium-sized businesses in the Lutterworth area are being urged to take advantage of a government-funded scheme designed to boost leadership acumen and business expansion in 2024.

The Help to Grow: Management course from De Montfort University’s Leicester Castle Business School (LCBS) runs for 12 weeks from March 12. The programme is 90 per cent funded by the government and 10 per cent through a bursary from LCBS.

The course, delivered online and at Harborough District Council’s (HDC) Harborough Innovation Centre in Market Harborough, is delivered by tutors with business experience and is designed to fit in alongside full-time work.

The curriculum comprises modules such as strategy and innovation, digital transformation, winning new markets, vision, mission, and values.

HDC leader Coun Phil Knowles said: “The programme represents a pivotal opportunity for local businesses. We are excited to equip business leaders with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary for sustained growth and success.”

Spaces are limited. Visit smallbusinesscharter.org/h2gmcourse/leicester-castle-10 or email [email protected] for more information and to register.
