A GOOD turn out was reported by organisers of the Lutterworth Railway Society’s annual exhibition.

Fourteen model railway layouts were set up alongside trade stalls and other demonstrations at the town’s leisure centre on Saturday.

“We seemed to have had a good lot of people through the doors and had some good remarks about the show,” said publicity officer John Rawlinson.

The society’s next meeting will feature a talk on the 34081 Battle of Britain Locomotive Society by Alan Whenman.

It takes place at 7.30pm on Thursday, June 5 at the United Reform Church on George Street.
