MARK Pawsey MP has revealed the winner of his 2019 Christmas Card Competition.

Tilly Lee’s festive image was chosen to be the design of Mr Pawsey’s 2019 Christmas card, which has been sent out throughout the constituency.

The picture drawn by the 10-year-old Paddox Primary pupil shows a snowman built by a young girl and her dog.

Also beating over 100 other entries were runners up Lennon Martin of Clifton-upon-Dunsmore C of E Primary School, Samuel Finch from Eastlands Primary School and Mia Bodo of Bilton C of E Junior School.

As part of her prize, Tilly and her family will visit Parliament in the new year where they will be treated to a tour of the Palace of Westminster followed by Tea on the Terrace with Mr Pawsey.

Mark Pawsey judging the entries he received for this year’s Christmas card competition.

He said: “Picking a winner is always really hard, and this year was no exception.

“Tilly’s design, which is bright and colourful, captures the joy Christmas brings for so many children. For that reason, I thought her design was a worthy winner for this year.”
