A WELCOME donation will help make a difference to the protection of Warwickshire’s wildlife.
Warwickshire Wildlife Trust received £500 from holidaycottages.co.uk towards the management of its Brandon Marsh reserve.
The site – which includes an orchard, education garden, sensory garden and a ‘mouse manor’ woven from willow – attracts more than 35,000 visitors a year.
Trust spokesman Ian Jelley said: “The trust works hard to ensure that Brandon Marsh is a home for some of the rarest species in Warwickshire, and a place where local people can be inspired by getting closer to nature.
“Support from companies like holidaycottages.co.uk make a huge difference to our work and enable us to safeguard threatened species and continue to provide an excellent experience for all of our visitors.”
