NEW attractions will take to Whitehall Recreation Ground to entertain crowds at this year’s Rotary Spring Fair.
They include a display by the Gurkhas, who will demonstrate the ‘Khukri Dance’ using their traditional knives in a self-defence display.
Local Bhangra Dancers will demonstrate their style of Indian dance, while a Craft Village will give visitors a chance to try out some craft skills.
Returning favourites include the Animal Petting Farm, G-Force, Impact Dance and Wolly the Clown’s circus skills workshops.
There will be more announcements in the lead up to the Fair.
Willy Goldschmidt, the marketing lead for the Fair, said: “We have had great support from our main sponsor, Come Home to Houlton, and others – but have still got space for arena banners promoting local businesses.”

The Fair takes place on Bank Holiday Monday May 6.
