A CARER in Rugby has been honoured for 10 years of service.
Rose Bister from Overslade House Care Home received a prestigious 10 Year Service Award in celebration of working for the home’s operator Barchester Healthcare for a decade.
Rose started at Barchester in December 2013 and has worked with residents and their relatives to ensure their needs have been met over the years.
Overslade House General Manager Violeta Baesu said: “Rose has demonstrated her dedication and loyalty to this home and its residents year after year. I speak for all of us here at Overslade House when I say that I’m looking forward to many more years of working with Rose.”
Jane McFarlane, Employee Services Director at Barchester, added: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Rose has achieved this milestone.”
