A MAN and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences following an incident in Rugby on Wednesday (March 31).
At around 1.50pm, officers witnessed suspicious behaviour in Victoria Street.
Suspected crack cocaine and heroin were recovered, and a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs and criminal damage.
A search of a nearby property recovered further suspected drugs and cash, and a 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
