WITNESSES to a crash tried to resuscitate a motorcyclist who was critically injured near Wolvey yesterday (Wednesday July 4).
A grey Seat Ibiza and a Honda motorcycle collided on the B4114 Smockington Lane near Pestos Restaurant at around 7.45am.
Members of the public assisted with CPR until paramedics arrived.
The motorcyclist was rushed to University Hospital Coventry with serious life threatening injuries. His condition was described as critical.
The driver of the Seat suffered minor injuries and was also taken to hospital.
Witnesses are asked to call Warwickshire Police on 101, extension 5415, quoting incident 87 of July 4.
