A PENSIONER is in a critical condition after he was hit by a 7.5 ton lorry in Dunchurch Road yesterday (Wednesday January 18).
The collision happened at around 3:45pm. The road was closed throughout the evening for investigation.
A man in his 60s was seriously injured and was taken to Walsgrave Hospital, where his condition is described as critical.
Police are keen to speak to any witnesses to the collision who have not yet spoken to officers.
