Peter Rabbit to lead little ones on Easter egg hunt in Rugby

Rugby Editorial 16th Mar, 2024   0

PETER Rabbit will be leading little ones on an egg hunt in Rugby over Easter.

The free Easter trail will have youngsters hopping around the town centre taking part in a host of Easter activities and hunting for tasty treats – and for Peter himself.

To take part, children can collect a basket from Hunt’s Bookshop for a chance to win Easter prizes and a hamper of goodies.

The trail is being organised by Rugby First, Hunt’s Bookshop and other town centre businesses.

Christopher Hunt from Hunt’s Bookshop said: “This is the perfect excuse for you and your family to hop around the town centre and have some fun in the company of Peter Rabbit and his friends Jemima Puddle-Duck, Squirrel Nutkin and Benjamin Bunny.”

Rugby First Business Director Linda Lowne said: “The Easter trail is a great way to bring families into the town while at the same time supporting and raising awareness of what Rugby town centre has to offer.

“If any businesses are still interested in hosting an Easter activity as part of the hunt, please get in touch.”

The trail runs from March 23 to April 6, excluding Sundays and April 1. Call 01788 551867, visit www.huntsbookshop.com or email [email protected] for more information.
