POLICE are appealing for help to find a missing 16-year-old who has links to Rugby.
Ethan Powell was last seen in Worcester at around 10am on Sunday (February 19).
It is believed he travelled to Birmingham by train.
Ethan also has strong links to the Kings Heath area of Birmingham.
It is not known what he was wearing when he went missing.
Anyone with information is asked to call 999.
