Police appeal for witnesses to collision between car and pedestrian

POLICE investigating a collision in Rugby are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.

A blue Peugeot 308 collided with a pedestrian in Murray Road close to Craven Road at around 2.20pm on Tuesday (January 9).

The pedestrian – a man in his 50s – suffered head injuries and was taken to hospital. The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who was driving along the road and has footage of the incident.
