A MAIN road through Rugby is now open after being blocked off by police due to “concern for a man”, a police spokesman said.
Newbold Road was closed around the railway bridge – from the Avon Mill roundabout junction with Leicester Road to the other side of the bridge, near the turning for Wood Street.
The road is now open and traffic is moving as normal.
