POLICE are seeking a man with connections to Rugby.
Officers are appealing for help to locate 30-year-old Tobias Graham.
It is believed he may have information which could assist drug offence enquiries.
Graham is known to frequent Rugby, Wolverhampton and Telford.
Anyone who has information or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call Warwickshire Police on 101, quoting incident 166 of December 10, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
