POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a crash between a bicycle and a Nissan Micra in Rugby yesterday morning (Wednesday November 13).
The collision happened at around 6.10am just off the A426 Leicester Road roundabout, on the entrance road to Tesco.
The cyclist, a man in his 20s, sustained minor injuries to his arm and was taken to hospital for treatment but has since been released.
The driver of the Nissan Micra stopped to check the cyclist’s condition, but left without leaving contact details as it seemed there were no serious injuries.
Police are appealing for the public’s help to identify the driver so they can establish the circumstances of the crash.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, has dash-cam footage or has information about the Nissan Micra is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident number 238 of November 13.
