RESIDENTS in the Rokeby and Overslade ward will elect a new representative to Rugby Borough Council after former councillor Nick Long resigned.
A by-election to fill the vacancy is set to be held on Thursday August 22.
Nominations for candidates close at 4pm on Friday July 26. Residents who wish to vote must be on the register of electors by Tuesday 6 August.
Registered electors can apply for a postal vote by 5pm on Wednesday 7 August, or a proxy vote by 5pm on Wednesday August 14.
