A MAN has been charged after a substance thought to be cocaine was found at his home in Rugby.

Police also discovered drug paraphernalia at the address in Micra Close during the execution of a drugs warrant on Tuesday (June 9).

Two days later Mervyn McConville, 40, was charged with being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug.

A 50-year-old man and a 40-year-old man – both from Rugby – were also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drug.

The first was later released without charge and the second was given a caution for the offence.

McConville has been bailed and is set to appear at Nuneaton Magistrates Court on Tuesday June 30.
