A RUGBY man has been charged with a series of sexual offences against children.
Douglas Roy Miller has been accused of rape, taking indecent photographs of a child and other sexual offences against girls under 16.
The alleged offences were committed against three victims in Rugby in the 1990s and 2000s.
The 56 year-old will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on August 16.
