A CHARITY collection box has been stolen from a Wood Street convenience store.

It was taken at around 6.10pm on Tuesday March 29. It is not known how much money it contained.

Warwickshire Police has released CCTV images of a woman they would like to speak to, as she is believed to have been in the area at the time and may have important information.

She is described as white, 35 to 40-years-old, short and of slim build. She was wearing a black jacket with the hood up, a white t-shirt and was carrying a blue handbag.

Anyone with information is asked to call Warwickshire Police, quoting incident number 163 of March 30. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously via www.crimestoppers.org.uk or on 0800 555 111.
