THE SEASIDE has come to Rugby for the summer holidays.
A temporary beach – complete with sand, buckets and spades, beach balls, deckchairs, picnic benches and a beach hut – has sprung up at Elliott’s Field Shopping Park to give kids and parents a break from shopping.
And on Wednesdays throughout August, a range of free entertainment, craft and exercise events will take place between 11am and 4pm.
Yesterday’s performance saw ‘Comedy Seagulls’ Squawk and Sid pay a visit to the shopping park.
