A PROUD site manager at a development in Rugby has won an ‘Oscar of the housebuilding industry’.
Guy Field, 34, has won a Pride in the Job Quality Award from the National House Building Council (NHBC) – one of 450 winners from over 11,000 entrants nationwide.
Guy has worked as Senior Site Manager at Barratt Homes’ Elborough Place development, off Ashlawn Road, for just under a year.
He said: “It’s the best feeling in the world to have your work recognised, and I couldn’t have done it without the work of the entire team.
“I appreciate the support from family, friends and everyone involved at Elborough Place.”
The Pride in the Job Awards showcase the best site managers in the country who can demonstrate exceptional standards in building new communities. They are judged on criteria including health and safety, technical knowledge, customer service and attention to detail.
